It’s okay to enjoy social media, but if they notice they are comparing themselves more, feeling anxious, or seeing the same kinds of content repeatedly, take that seriously. It’s about protecting your mental space.”

Teach them to reflect and ask themselves:
 🔹 ‘How does this app make you feel about yourself?’
 🔹 ‘Do you feel like you can take a break from it without missing out on real life?’”
 Start the conversation early. Keep it going. Their mental health is worth it.
