The figure of Medusa, a Gorgon from Greek mythology, a terrifying monster with snakes for hair, whose gaze turns people to stone but starts as beautiful maiden. She has long symbolized a complex intersection of women’s pain, rage, trauma, and power. Over time, interpretations of Medusa have evolved from a monstrous villain to a deeply symbolic representation of female suffering and resilience.
Most of us didn’t grow up learning how to spot u Most of us didn’t grow up learning how to spot unhealthy relationship dynamics; we learned by surviving them. But we can change that cycle for our kids. 
If you notice any of these signs, don’t panic. Open the door for conversation without judgment. Ask questions like: 

● “How do you feel when you’re around them?” 
● “Do you feel like you can say no?” 

Let’s raise emotionally safe, self-aware kids. It starts with us.
