FAQ

Coaching is a forward-focused, goal-oriented process designed to help you identify challenges, uncover solutions, and achieve your personal or parenting goals. It’s about empowering you with strategies, tools, and actionable steps to create meaningful, positive change in your life.

Therapy, by contrast, often focuses on processing past traumas, addressing mental health concerns, and exploring deep emotional patterns. Therapy is typically led by a licensed mental health professional.

Coaching helps you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be—especially if you’re striving for intentional living. If you’re feeling stuck, unsure how to move forward, or ready to make meaningful changes, coaching provides clarity, structure, and compassionate guidance to help you take the next steps.

I create a safe and supportive space through a trauma-informed approach to explore your goals, identify obstacles, and develop actionable strategies tailored to your unique journey. Whether you’re seeking to strengthen relationships, break generational cycles, or align your life with your values, coaching empowers you to grow with purpose and confidence, honoring where you’ve been while focusing on where you want to go.

My approach is trauma-informed, which means I work with an understanding of how past experiences, including trauma, may influence your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. A trauma-informed approach ensures that our coaching sessions are conducted in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. This helps us focus on building your strengths and creating sustainable solutions without retraumatizing or delving into unresolved psychological wounds.

Working with me means you’re gaining a coach who combines a trauma-informed approach with a deep understanding of personal growth. I bring the unique perspective of a professional with a diverse background in finance, product management, and digital storytelling. My approach is rooted in empathy, actionable strategies, and a passion for helping people unlock their full potential.

I don’t just offer support—I provide tailored guidance that aligns with your values and aspirations, helping you move forward with clarity and purpose. Whether you’re a parent navigating challenges, an individual working toward self-reparenting, or someone striving for meaningful change, I’ll meet you where you are and guide you toward sustainable transformation.

What sets me apart is my ability to seamlessly combine mindset shifts with practical, real-world tools tailored to your journey. While many coaches focus on one or the other, I ensure each session delivers immediate, actionable strategies you can implement right away—all grounded in a trauma-informed approach to intentional living.

If you’re ready to break cycles, find alignment, and live more intentionally, I’m here to walk alongside you on that journey.

I’ve been doing some research to help me prepare I’ve been doing some research to help me prepare for the future journeys I will have to walk alongside my children on, and here is one that kind of freaks me out as a Mom who still sees them as my little babies. However, romantic love and intimacy are a natural part of life. Here, I’m sharing some of the knowledge I’m equipping myself with for ongoing and future parenting conversations.

You don’t need to have perfect answers. You just need to show up with honesty, respect, and the willingness to keep the conversation going.

- Talk about what healthy intimacy looks like.

- Teach them how to recognize manipulation or coercion, and how to respect others.
Remind them that NOT doing something is always an option.

- And let them know, no matter what, they can come to you.

- You’re not planting ideas. You’re planting wisdom.

If we want to raise kids who are kind, safe, and g If we want to raise kids who are kind, safe, and grounded in their values, we can’t skip the conversation about gender and sexuality.

Your child is already getting messages from everywhere: playgrounds, group chats, media, and silence. If we don’t speak up, those gaps get filled with shame, stereotypes, or worse… cruelty.

Talking about gender and sexuality doesn’t confuse kids. It empowers them. It teaches them how to be inclusive, stand up for others, and understand themselves without fear.

You don’t have to be an expert to start the conversation. You just have to be open. Ask questions. Use correct language. Normalize differences. And most importantly: listen.

Raising kind humans takes intention.
Let’s break cycles, not spirits.

I saw the news that there are extreme heat warning I saw the news that there are extreme heat warnings issued for this weekend across Arizona. It reminded me that 3 years ago we went on a multi-week road trip across the country from the west coast to the east coast of the USA. Arizona was the first day and first stop of our road trip in June of 2022 and because of the CO —-VID we were not eating indoors.

Please note that I know more about Arizona than I did in the video.
