This summer me and the older kids read a lot of books. @nathanbroxton took a break from technology and read a half dozen books.

I still remember when Nathan started reading this book right in front of me and went on this emotional rollercoaster.

Call to action:

As a Christian, I encourage other Christians to audit, challenge, and dissect their core cultural beliefs. They should understand the historical context and the impact of their policy and political alignments. They should unpack ways their cultural identities might be superseding their faith journeys and relationships.

Something that I am constantly having to do and wrestle with.

It’s back to school and now both my oldest kids

It’s back to school and now both my oldest kids are in (remote) high school and the past two days reading their emails to their teachers has given me such joy!
