Please note: Opening up to your teenager about you Please note: Opening up to your teenager about your traumatic childhood can be a powerful opportunity for connection, healing, and modeling emotional resilience. However, it’s essential to approach this conversation with intentionality, care, and emotional boundaries to protect both your child and yourself.

It’s important NOT to make your child your emotional caretaker. Share to build understanding and not to seek comfort or validation. Your goal is to model vulnerability and truth, not to burden them.

(Please note, I am all over the place with gender and sexuality terms. My bad. I was in my feelings.)

Each tiny sperm carries half of a baby’s DNA, and the integrity of that DNA is crucial.

Research shows that high levels of sperm DNA fragmentation… essentially, damage to the sperm’s genetic code can significantly affect more than just conception. Studies indicate it’s linked to a higher risk of miscarriage, embryo developmental issues, and even certain pregnancy complications.

But too often female fertility is overly scrutinized, maybe for male ego and clearly for medical and scientific sexism.

Please note, I am not an expert. But this is not discussed enough.
