I love sliders, I love miniature burgers seasoned to perfection. Since we made a killing at the Whole Foods grass-fed beef sale, the hubs will be making burgers and I’ll be making everything from sloppy joes to meatloaf this week. The grass-fed beef goodness will be EPIC!
Best Mini Burgers Ever
- 2 lbs ground grass-fed beef
- sea salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- 1 small onion chopped
- fresh chopped rosemary
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 3 cloves fresh crushed garlic
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Chop onion and rosemary, add seasons as well as vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Add ground beef to herb and season mix and blend. Form into small patties and grill to desired taste. Our family enjoys well done.
Serve
We served on a small organic potato roll and topped with cheese, arugula, mayo and Dijon mustard.
Don’t forget the fries, a side of baked seasoned waffle fries were perfect!
