Last weigh-in I’d loss only a pound. But I measured my body and my waist was 3 inches thinner and my pooch a whopping 9 inches thinner. The secret to my success is cardio (more specifically zumba and the elliptical), less sweet snacking and managing my calories. This past week I was consuming higher calories and partook in more sweets so only a pound was loss.
My next goal is to come up with a tummy blasting, arm thinning and but lifting strength training routine for home or the gym.
